If you ever wondered why Ksistof and I are so awesome, all the compliments go to our LavParents! Both of us had a great childhood, and we couldn’t be more grateful for our parents’ love and support throughout the years.

Those who knew us in childhood could tell you that my brother and I always were close. But like most highly active boys, we would fight all the time, and our parents would have to intervene. The tallest twins in the world would fight about anything – even for the last candy in a box. However, each time instead of lecturing, dad encouraged us to take martial arts lessons. What a legend he is!

Mom was also pouring all of her heart into our household. Dad would work late-night shifts and come back all exhausted, but mom would never fail to take care of her husband and shower her sons with attention. There was so much love in the Lavrinovic family.

We like to joke that Ksistof a spitting image of our mother, whereas I’m more like our dad. The truth is, I’m proud to be related to both of them. And today, on Mother’s day and my dad’s birthday, it’s great to share how much these folks mean to us, hoping that all of our fans could appreciate the LavFamily too.
