As the saying goes, friends are people who know you well and like you anyway. Well, at least Ksistof says he still likes me after all these years, so it’s probably true. All joking aside, we believe that human connection is one of the greatest gifts in life. Friends are like our chosen families — they support us when the times get tough and celebrate our successes.

That’s why LavTwins participated in the social project called “Mums pakeliui”, where people without disabilities had a chance to meet and become friends with people with disabilities. Me and my brother met the participants of the project in Kaunas and spent some quality time together. We talked about all sorts of stuff, shared our experiences and had lots of fun!

One thing is sure: nothing can stop us, humans — we all can discover new things, make a change and, most importantly, always learn from each other.
