Some people say that basketball players don’t enjoy studying. We would dare to disagree! After eight years of hard work, Darjus and I can proudly say that LavTwins have finished their Master’s degree in Sports education. Maybe we’ll be training your kids to become the next basketball champions in the future. Who knows?!

Studying has been a roller-coaster for my brother and me. Our biggest fans know that our schedules are crazy busy. All the travelling and playing basketball sometimes were incompatible with attending lectures. Whether visiting China or staying at home during quarantine, we were always encouraging each other to keep going. Books first, video games after.

Nevertheless, we’re happy we received our university degrees in our 40s. Life and professional sports experience makes a difference when it comes to teaching others. Besides, we care less about partying and more about knowledge than when we were reckless 20 year-olds.

Darjus and I are grateful to our beautiful Lavrinovic family, friends, and fans for their patience and support. We couldn’t do this without you! However, the enormous thank you goes to our dad. Graduation caps look cool on us, right, dad?
